Stone foundation repair is a fairly simple process but can be very dirty and dusty. With the removal of the old mortar there is a fair amount of labor involved. The old material must be hauled away and disposed of, most times up and out steep basement steps. 

Parging stone, brick or block walls can be a messy, labor intensive process. Instead of using a lime mortar, Arment Concrete uses a mix containing portland cement, lime, sand and bonding agents.
